The Saddle Bed Breakfast Alnmouth

We are a small family run business. The saddle is set in the lovely coastal village of Alnmouth. Our Bed and Breakfast is situated on the right hand side on the main street just before the Church. We have 8 en suite bedrooms. All have televisions with built in digital TV, DVD player and i pod dock, Central heating, Teacoffee making facilities, hairdryer and telephone. Along with the rooms we have also just added a residents lounge. With a large television and a small selection of drinks and snacks. We also have a small residents car park which can be accessed by taking the first right immediately after the building. Breakfast consists of the usual hot and cold selections and we also cater for vegetarians and gluten free diets if informed when booking your stay. This is served from 8.30am-9.15 everyday. If you require an earlier or later breakfast please let us know. We accept cash, cheques and all major creditdebit cards, except American Express.

Directions

By Car: Travelling North or South on the A1, taking the Alnwick turn off. Follow the road straight ahead and take the right at the second roundabout sign posted Alnmouth. Follow that road for 3 miles, taking a left at the second roundabout. Then taking a right at the next roundabout will bring you into Alnmouth. Where we are located on the right hand side of the main street just before the church. If you are travelling on the coastal route northbound, continue on past Warkworth until reaching Hipsburn where at the roundabout turn right and then right again at the next roundabout. Southbound continuing through Lesbury, taking a left at the roundabout. Follow that road and take a left at the next roundabout followed by a right at the next.By Train:Alnmouth station is located exactly 1 mile from us. There are buses running to the village hourly and taxis can be ordered from station. Alternatively please feel free to give us a call and if we have a car available we would be happy to come and collect you.
